About this service

Airyx Social is a privately operated Postiz installation for managing and publishing content to social accounts authorized by its operator. It is hosted at social.airyx.app.

Information processed

The service stores workspace account details, drafts, uploaded media, publishing schedules, publishing results, and information made available by connected social platforms. For Facebook, this may include your profile identifier, selected Pages, Page content and engagement information, and access tokens required for the permissions you authorize.

When you choose to import Facebook groups, the service also stores the selected Page’s group names, links, membership status, and capture/import times. The companion extension keeps the latest completed capture in Chrome locally until cleared or uninstalled. It reads the visible group list when invoked; it does not export Facebook passwords or cookies. Captures are sent to this installation only when you import them.

How information is used

Connected-platform information is used to connect authorized accounts, publish and schedule content, and display available account and post information. The installation is intended for the operator’s content workflow, not advertising data resale.

Storage and sharing

Workspace records, media and connection credentials are stored on the operator’s DigitalOcean server. Authorized content and requests are sent to the social platforms you select. Those platforms process information under their own policies. Server administrators can access stored data; access should be limited to trusted administrators.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained until removed by the operator or through the application. Local backups are configured to rotate approximately seven days of copies. Deleting data from the application may not immediately remove backup copies. Posts already published to Facebook may need to be deleted separately on Facebook.
