Data deletion instructions

Revoke Facebook access

Open your Facebook settings and find Business Integrations. Select Airyx Social and remove its access. This prevents further access under that authorization.

Request removal of stored information

Email cyrusjaysononline@gmail.com with the subject “Airyx Social data deletion”. Identify the Facebook profile or Page connected to this service. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or identity documents. The operator may ask for confirmation of account ownership before deleting data.

What removal covers

The operator can remove the selected integration and associated stored platform data from this Postiz installation. Specify whether you also want your workspace account, drafts, or media removed. Removing the connection alone may leave workspace content in the application.

Backups and published content

Local backups rotate approximately seven days of copies, so deleted records may remain in backups until those copies expire. Content already published to Facebook is separate from the workspace copy; remove it on Facebook if required.
